1. Scope

These terms govern the purchase of ComplAudit services (one-off accessibility audits, continuous-monitoring subscriptions) by any individual or legal entity (the “Customer”).

2. Pricing

Prices are listed in euros, excluding tax and inclusive of tax where VAT applies. The pricing in force is the one displayed on the Pricing page at the time of order.

3. Payment

Payment is made by card via Stripe (authorised sub-processor). For recurring subscriptions, billing occurs on the monthly anniversary. Any payment failure triggers service suspension after a retry period.

4. Withdrawal

Professional Customers acknowledge that the audit service is delivered immediately upon order and expressly waive their right of withdrawal in accordance with Article L221-28 of the French Consumer Code. No right of withdrawal applies to business (B2B) Customers.

5. Duration and termination

Subscriptions run for one month, renewing tacitly. The Customer can terminate at any time from the Stripe management area; termination takes effect at the end of the current period, with no pro-rata refund.

6. Liability

ComplAudit is an automated audit service. It does not replace human verification and does not guarantee full compliance with the French RGAA or the EU EAA directive. ComplAudit's liability is capped at the amount paid by the Customer over the past 12 months.
